Developed program change roadmap including leadership alignment, stakeholder analysis, change impact collection and action planning, business engagement & communication, business process facilitation for requirements gathering, business and technical role creation, detailed communication development & execution, mangement coaching, capability building, operations process & success metrics, global electronic vendor change management and communications.
