Developed and executed program change strategy and plans to transition the supply chain Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capability to the internal Best Buy business and technology teams. Developed program change roadmap including leadership alignment, stakeholder analysis, change impact collection and action planning, business engagement & communication, business process facilitation for requirements gathering, business and technical role creation, detailed communication development & execution, mangement coaching, capability building, operations process & success metrics, global electronic vendor change management and communications.
