Daily Duties at Modis:

Managed human resources support to over 250 employees across multiple client sites and supervised 2 direct reports. Served a pivotal role in calculating and implementing salary increases and discretionary bonuses as well as determining severance, bench time, and eligibility for unemployment benefits for terminated staff. • Performed field visits at numerous client sites; conducted district ISO audits to ensure compliance with corporate policies. • Resolved employee complaints and grievances after thorough investigations; created disciplinary documentation and guidelines and served as final determination of employee status during most advanced stages of employee discipline. • Liaised with immigration attorney to facilitate employee’s H1-B Visa’s and Green Card processing • Mentored and coached direct reports to fulfill their career aspirations.
