Managed operations to deliver top performance of a highly profitable district office with up to 250 consultants in Philadelphia area; oversaw internal processes, monitored client-site performance, and resolved consultant disciplinary issues. Participated in P&L management as well as overall district financial performance and provided operational efficiencies. • Acted as steward of all compliance reporting ensuring adherence to critical district operating policies. • Collaborated with management team and corporate leaders to determine financial impacts of proposed internal projects; established roadmaps, goals, and scopes and defined benchmarks and strategic timelines. • Introduced process tools; tracked and prioritized strategic issues and operational requests/modifications. • Reported critical issues/changes in procedures to local executive team on an ongoing, formal basis and alerted appropriate senior and executive managers to potential issues; suggested mitigation strategies and action items.
