Directed and managed 4-member DBA team to deliver multiple full-lifecycle trading systems projects regarding power/energy applications. Oversaw efforts, monitored milestones and business targets, and ensured project fulfillment. • Established relationships with customer stakeholders; gathered business requirements, assessed needs, costed/priced projects, and led development/integration efforts. • Partnered with customer management, internal/external technical leaders, and key stakeholders to develop project priorities and determine project roadmaps and goals; initiated efforts to maintain critical timelines. • Ensured quality delivery of assigned projects within the allocated scope, schedule, and budget. • Managed all significant issues and risks and escalated as necessary. • Coordinated internal technical and sales team members to develop accurate quotes; authored/presented strategies and developed management suggestions to overcome business issues.
