Daily Duties at Te Ksystems Global Services:

Conduct, analyze and improve the process activities defined in the Managed Services and Application Services Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC). • Relationship Management - Identify and manage key relationships among client and account stakeholders critical to success of engagements to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction • Scope Management - Understand and manage customer requirements (deliverables and environmental factors) to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction • Communication Management - Work closely with customers and stakeholders to manage their expectations and resolve business issues in a timely manner • Risk Management - Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks affecting engagements • Time Management - Develop and coordinate project plans and schedules including resource and time estimates, based on contractual agreement(s) • Cost/Budget Management - Define project budget baseline, manage project costs and revenue against project budget baseline • Human Resource Management - Define and communicate project team requirements, roles, and responsibilities (RASCI Chart) • Quality Management - Define and conduct quality assurance and control measures lifecycle of the engagement • Integration Change Management - Perform issue management and facilitate issue resolution with proper notification to all affected parties; Manage project deliverables against the project schedule and budget baseline; Develop and maintain project related documentation including processes, tools and procedures • Business Development - Provide assistance as needed developing contracts and sales support; Explore additional business opportunities and drive future business through quality results
