Management responsibilities included strategic business planning; full P&L; developing marketing communication and promotional programs; new product development; building strong relationships with key opinion leaders; innovative sales programs with distribution partners, pharmacy, government and grocery channels. • Exceeded sales and profit targets for UK pharmaceutical/professional business resulting in compound annual sales growth of 13%. • Transformed distribution system from direct to dental offices to exclusively through distributors, eliminating competition with distributors and leading to cooperative business relationships. • Achieved record levels of dental professional recommendations for Colgate products in the UK. • Elected Director, British Dental Trade Association from 2004 - 2008.
