Leadership of the Professional team of 33 (Marketing, Field Sales, Telesales, Admin) has led to the highest level of achievement in terms of sales and profit performance, category leadership and professional endorsement among all Colgate subsidiaries. Management responsibilities included strategic business planning; full P&L; developing marketing communication and promotional programs; new product development; building strong relationships with key opinion leaders; innovative sales programs with distribution partners, pharmacy, government and grocery channels. • Exceeded sales and profit targets for UK pharmaceutical/professional business resulting in compound annual sales growth of 13%. • Transformed distribution system from direct to dental offices to exclusively through distributors, eliminating competition with distributors and leading to cooperative business relationships. • Achieved record levels of dental professional recommendations for Colgate products in the UK. • Elected Director, British Dental Trade Association from 2004 - 2008.
