Directed National Sales organization of 140 (10 Regional Sales Managers, 98 Field Sales Consultants, 8 Endodontic Specialists, 24 Customer Service Representatives) responsible for developing strategic sales plans to drive sales growth among core and prospect accounts, to ensure optimum market coverage and effectively manage $18m Sales budget. • Successfully led the expansion of the U.S. Field Sales team from 95 to 116 increasing dental office coverage in the U.S. by 25%. • Increased U.S. Sales to a record $62 million with average annual sales growth of 5% – double dental consumable industry sales rates. • Developed strategic sales plan that drove prospect account sales growth by 86% each year. • Drove sales of the new Valo curing light to the #1 selling curing light in the U.S. in two years. • Implemented Salesforce.com CRM system nationwide including the deployment of iPads to all sales reps and instituted the cutting edge Challenger Sales Model for field sales team. • Guided Customer Service group to their win of the “Top 100 Customer Service Teams Award” in 2011. Call center statistics: 290K calls annually, 3 second average answer time, overall quality score 98%, product focus sales growth 84%. • Developed Field Sales career plan tied to a new compensation/incentive program effectively reinvigorating the Sales team’s motivation to achieve their sales targets.
