Daily Duties at Cao Group, Inc.:
Manage all commercial activities for Dental, Medical, Veterinary and Forensics divisions which includes setting the strategic path for marketing management, selling teams (exclusive distributors Henry Schein, Patterson & Benco), non-exclusive distributor networks, direct sales teams, outbound telesales and customer service. Leadership has led to double digit growth in all divisions. • Drove sales of Sheer White professional teeth whitening system to the number one position in size and growth among all Henry Schein whitening products – 32% compound annual growth. • Successfully launched state-of-the-art dental laser (Precise SHP) and drove overall dental laser sales to record levels – 22% growth in 2014. • Established an independent sales team to promote the Pilot therapeutic laser to physical therapists and chiropractors throughout the US. • Negotiated three OEM contract manufacturing agreements generating more than $2.5 million in annual revenue. • Launched key U.S. products through distributors in Canada, Western Europe and Middle East. • Produced on-line promotional program including website development, training and promotional video production and social media presence.
