• In collaboration with subject matter experts, developed recommendations and supported implementation of large scale organizational structure change due to Kashagan operator change in Caspian region operations; • Led development and roll-out of the performance appraisal framework, coaching and advising managers throughout the exercise, led the execution approach and results stewardship; • Re-designed HR policies and procedures in alignment with the new business priorities and organizational structure. Provided advise and interpretation on the policies and staff rules to clients. • Contributed to the development of the staffing strategy for the expansion in Caspian region operations. Led the effort to design the new set of Job descriptions for the developing branch of the organization; • As part of Caspian Operations Transition team, in collaboration with PricewaterhouseCoopers consultants participated in project-wide staffing assessment, participated in various aspects of change management, provided input into the communication efforts; • Served as a point-of-contact for IT on the design of new HR reporting system, and successfully rolled it out to all HR users; • Led training plan development and execution; • As part of the change management effort, interviewed managers and employees of the organization with the purpose to collect feedback on potential improvements; • Developed, maintained and adjusted Corporate Manual of Financial Authorities; • Supervised 3 employees
