• As part of Recruiting Strategy development team, designed product branding approach aimed to increase talent acquisition rates at Belgian, Dutch and Austria affiliates. • Rolled out self-service application in Brussels head office; led implementation in other European locations (including design and delivery of training, process documentation, development of user manuals. • Collaborated with IT teams to improve existing functionality and developing future IT solutions for HR. • Designed and delivered training to users, created user guides and instructions.
