Daily Duties at World Bank Group:

• Lead one of the work stream for employee and manager self-service during PeopleSoft reimplementation Project, resulted in successful launching of the new in-house application for organization with 12K staff across the world; • Revised and streamlined multiple HR processes with the purpose of harmonization and simplification, ensuring alignment with existing policies and staff rules; • Created complete set of documentation for the full cycle HR system reimplementation project, used by developers to create the new HR self-service application. ; • Played one of the leading roles in change management phase by designing and delivering training modules; creating online documentation and video materials for users. • Continuously consulted all client groups on use of self-service modules in compliance with organizational policies. • Advised client groups on organization processes, staff rules and policies. • Act as change management agent by designing communication and delivering and facilitating ongoing training activities. • As a member of Recruiting team, facilitated World Bank's Talent search and development program; • Identified candidates, aligned with World Bank leadership to match them to appropriate development opportunities and facilitated alignment with sponsor states; • Collaborated with government representatives to ensure effective deployment upon completion of program; • Counseled and consulted program participants throughout their assignments.
