Managed large custom projects with Top Financial Institutions handling customized data-driven model builds, hosting services and platforms, and SaaS platform development and delivery, consumer insights segmentation and target marketing. Created marketing materials, specifications documentation and presented analytic and sales material, meeting revenue and strategic goals, to clients and internal partners. Main contact between internal product management and development and client needs/wants. Managed and trained other client relation employees to deliver best in class services to clients and provide growth within company. Managed contracts on all clients for renewals and new products
