Daily Duties at Pulte Group:
Responsible for unbiased data driven analysis and recommendations on strategic home building initiatives including land purchase, pricing and competitive analyses, target customers for home sales within the Mid-Atlantic Division. Internal consultant for Division from everything to land purchase, community pricing, and market research on home design and customer needs. Performed competitive market analysis, undertook primary and secondary research, wrote presentations and documents on land purchase viability, analyzed home prices to provided recommendations for current and future communities. Coordinated with corporate market research on ongoing improvement of housing floor plans by target consumer.
