As Regional Credit Manager.. Developed account management protocol from opening new customers to file maintenance and credit limit reviews. Managed receivables for eight branches and 20 million in annual rental revenue. Helped reduce DSO from 68 days to less than 58 days on average for the last two years. Helped reduce legal and collection balances from over one million in 04 to less than $200,000 in 2012. Worked closely with collection attorneys to prepare accounts for litigation. Interviewed, hired and trained all accounts receivable assistants. Managed the assistant position which included responsibilities for dispute resolution, entering accounts into the system and posting payments. Worked closely with other department heads to create, meet and achieve corporate goals in order to ensure the highest ethical standards while increasing sales and reducing risk. As Customer Service Manager... Met customer service financial objectives through annual budget reviews. Scheduled expenditures, analyzed variances and initiated corrective actions. Determined customer service requirements through customer contact and visiting operational environments in order to conduct surveys and benchmarking best practices. Monitored progress and achievements through performance metrics reports.
