Daily Duties at Charter Communications Llc:
Manage and motivate a team of 15-21 retention and now billing agents to meet and exceed metrics in Quality, First call resolution, AHT, Schedule adherence, and Customer Survey results. Administrative responsibilities include Payroll, Scheduling, Vacation, performance management, and annual reviews. I also do interviewing for firing new billing representatives.
