Daily Duties at Target Stores:
Lead 125+ team members to maximize profitability, sales, guest experience and deliver a great looking store. Developed executive and store teams to run the business successfully. Fostered an environment of collaboration, rewards and expectations to produce great results; managed the day-to-day operations of the logistics team (early morning/overnight and backroom teams); utilize state-of-the art technology to manage the receiving processes, freight flow and replenishment transition, productivity results and backroom inventory; developed all store teams by ensuring proper training and certifications completed; supervised teams to ensure the safety and efficiency of the entire operations; recruited, selected and developed and retained talented team members; ensured great guest service by interacting with guests and team members (provided customer service in both English and Spanish)
