Developed and delivered content of progress reports, maintained requirements documentation and project presentations. Conducted regular reviews with project stakeholders and formalize/confirms final acceptance and satisfaction. Conducted lessons learned and developed best practices for future project management and execution. Managed budget and oversaw monthly billings. Built and grew business relationships for project success. Product Owner for web-based applications: Designed wireframes based upon business requirements, maintained and managed product backlog, collaborated and negotiated feature prioritization with multiple stakeholders. Acted as product owner and coordinated with scrum master and software engineers. Designed and implemented user acceptance testing, including tracking and addressing further feature development. Company: Coordinated internal resources across projects, including staffing (weekly basis) and company events (quarterly). Participated in company recruiting and interviewing process. Evaluated consultant performance and compensation (bi-annually). Developed and presented internal company training to new employees and senior consultants (annually).
