Daily Duties at Baxter Healthcare Corp:
-Responsible to coordinate regional consolidation. Analyze and review integrity of the data submitted by subsidiaries. -Produce consolidated F/S reports to the Senior Management across the region. -Ensure alignment of the subsidiaries with US FASB 52 for global consolidation. -Keep regional accounting, elimination entries and inter-company cross charges -Review regional financial to update brief to the CEO. Focus on deepen analyses to explain major variances or issues. -Act as the regional liaison between corporate and countries management structure. -Responsible of the Global Chart of Account (GCOA). Support Implementation throughout the region. Provide training to final users. Keep system integrity and set new accounts. -Provide training to the financial, logistic and cost analysts throughout the region with the Inter-Company transfer prices procedure set by the corporation as the base for the STD cost calculation. -Implement regional S-Ox reporting packages. Provide training to controllers within the region on this tool. -Assist with Hyperion and JDE systems training to the countries as needed.
