Daily Duties at Newell Rubbermaid Latin America:
-Consolidate financial statements and key metrics to provide insights of the regional business units. -Create sales/cost reports by countries and Business Units to provide daily quality performance information to Regional Directors, Managers and decision makers. -Review STD costs across the region, review transfer prices and evaluate markets profitability to support the marketing teams with pricing analyses. -Support internal controls, coordinate audits procedures and preparation of S-Ox compliance packages requirements. -Reconcile regional statements with corporate FS. Review the inter-company balances. -Prepare JE’s and transaction booking requirements for the monthly close. -Validate the integrity of transactions impacting the GL’s across the region. -Support Financial Planning with development and reporting of Budget, periodic forecasts and Strategic Plans. -Certified trainer for BEx (Data warehouse) as the reporting application for SAP. -BPC (Business Process Champion) for Gemini project. Trainer for the new HFM, HDM and Hyperion Planning users.
