-Assist regional consolidation and supplemental data templates. -Cross-check compliance of the field submissions and identify improvement opportunities. -Review progress Vs. Plan/Forecast targets and get the insights required to understand the performance KPIs. -Keep control and provide analysis of the regional HQ P&L. -Provide periodical reports of G&A to the stakeholders. -Work with functional VPs to develop and control their annual budget/forecast.
