Daily Duties at World Class Capital Group:
Managed portfolios of multifamily and retail properties, student housing, and speculative land holdings for wealthy private equity investors. Accountable for all property management services for each investment. Assessed and validated full accounting of multifamily assets and selected underwriting of properties in the acquisitions pipeline. Handled a portfolio of assets with a total value of $53MM and managed quarterly reporting of each asset to our investors with $24MM of capital in this portfolio. Prepared and presented proposals to the city for rezoning negotiations of holdings.
