Coordinate client business development efforts for Huntsville market, prospecting new clients and promoting the firm’s engineering services, technical outsourcing and staff augmentation solutions. Provide executive leadership in managing operations, including holding full P&L responsibility, budgets, company vision, strategic planning, and guiding staff to complete major project initiatives. Deliver consultative services to clarify client project goals, define product customization/brand development. Interface with key decision makers to present product solutions and win new contracts
