Daily Duties at Hill International,:
Managed staff, budget, contracts, design, construction, tendering, and project controls for $200 million, 32-story Twin-tower mixed-use facility. Supervised staff of five including design and construction managers, MEP engineer, project planner and document controller. Ensured project was delivered on schedule, of appropriate quality and within budget. Provided regional FM support to M.E. region and Eastern Europe.
