Managed property operations of 3.1 million square foot campus site with 4,600+ employees. Deliver key real estate solutions and pro-actively manage the site specific portfolio to meet business needs. Managed overall day-to-day campus operation, maintenance, renovations, food operation, contract services, parking structures and recycling programs. Directed the team of 20 personnel and operating budget of $22 million dollars.
