Daily Duties at Journey Care Inc.:

Provide leadership and ensure department plans are in alignment with agency goals and business planning process. Translate business strategy into operational and capital plans that link the agency’s mission and vision to measurable goals. Perform feasibility studies that evaluate viable alternatives and balance business needs with agency’s direction and affordability Lead the due diligence process including coordinating cross-functional activities, consolidating and reporting due diligence findings Develop and implement integrated facilities and procurement management strategy Maintain market intelligence in order to capitalize on opportunities as well as to react to time sensitive projects and initiatives Act as the agency’s representative in the area of real estate transactions for expansion and development of satellite locations. Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs and systems, to include a: • Five year capital plan • Preventative maintenance plan • Disaster recovery plan • Business continuity plan
