Daily Duties at At&T:

Hire, mentor, train, the sales reps in the Boston office. I opened the Providence office and ran that office until I was called back to Boston to manage the Senior Reps to get them net positive. The senior reps carried over 60% of the Boston office numbers. When the senior reps became positive, within 3 months, I was placed back in the Providence office to close that office, while managing the senior reps.
