• Achieved 117% of quarterly sales plan, increasing sales of DirecTV service by over 100% month over month. • Technical Trainer for 45 AT&T Corporate and Authorized Dealer locations with a total of 350 agents increasing DirecTV product sales with AT&T U-verse packaging bundle at each location. • Identified Direct TV training approach with AT&T Corporate office, utilizing AT&T’s “5 Key Behaviors” approach • Developed and implemented creative monthly sales incentives and competitions between locations increasing sales revenue and building team camaraderie within stores.
