Daily Duties at Tumi:

Builds an external pipeline of leadership candidates Actively engages in recruitment and interviewing for retail division Responsible for sourcing leadership talent throughout the country. Partners with the District Manager (DM) to hire for new stores via internet postings, job boards, job fairs, direct sourcing, etc. Partners with the Regional Managers (RMs) and District Managers (DMs) to develop an internal and external pipeline of talent Facilitates training for DMs and store leadership. Continuous improvement. Participate in RVPs meetings, HR planning sessions, etc. Manage all employee relations concerns
