Employee management, client experience, customer service, employee hiring, employee development & performance management, profit & loss (P&L) * Managed the operations of a call center business unit with overall responsibility for the account (service delivery, operations, IT, HR, facilities) • Managed the client relationship ensuring customer satisfaction • Profit and loss responsibility • Overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods for the business unit • Provided labor planning, problem resolution and coordination of activities between client and company personnel
