Daily Duties at Manpower Group:

Drive contract utilization through continuous account review and continual review of client's portfolio of services utilized and services we provided as a company. Create, maintain, and distribute pertinent account information including contractual terms, conditions, and service level agreements to company- owned branch offices and franchises. Partner with assigned account executives in creating internal and external client-facing presentations. Pull, analyze, and edit client data with the assistance of business analysts to create and deliver scheduled and ad hoc client reporting. Manage client complaint resolution via partnering with back office departments including legal, franchise, supplier diversity, human resources, billing, risk, and cash application.
