Daily Duties at Us Postal Service:
Manage a medium-size group of carriers and clerks engaged in mail separation, delivery and collection, and window services activities, manage the implementation and administration of approved programs as they apply to the local office, operating within established rules, laws and procedures, administer a moderate-size operating budget, train new employees to ensure quality customer service, ensure proper safeguards are instituted for the welfare of the employees, customers and for the protection of the mail, provide direct supervision of office clerical operations to provide records, files and reports, exercise protective control of a moderate-size stock of accountable paper, a medium-size facility, equipment, supplies and vehicles, ensure subordinates adhere to established safety policies and procedures and administer the safety program for the office.
