Daily Duties at Manpower Group:

Senior-Level Leadership Role (P&L responsibility, KPI’s/Metrics) and control of processes and procedures), including Company & Client Audits; budgeting and forecasting for work groups including sales personnel and associated professionals assisting in providing client solutions. Central point of contact for key client contacts 24 X 7 including on-call responsibilities. Trained remote employees on my own team as well as shadowed peers on account process and procedure. Collaborated nationally and globally in cross-functional matrix team structures including Supplier Diversity, Legal, and Change Management teams. Attended national events. Mitigated risk and salvaged critical relationships based on wise decisions related to client demands, company policies, and process examination and reengineering.
