Daily Duties at Icon Information Consultants :

Work independently from an off-site home office staying engaged via e-mail and telecommuting (HQ based in Houston, TX). Build book of national clients through prospecting, follow-up, and networking. Maintain established accounts and grow those accounts by driving contract utilization and inside sales efforts. Create rapport with client contacts and PMO/VMS/MSP contacts to nurture relationships. Negotiate agreements with various levels within a client or client program. Participate in client engagement via reviews and entertaining. Analyze and review RFP/RFI inquiries from clients and design solutions in tandem with colleagues. Report out client prospects challenges, successes, and opportunities to sales and company leadership. Represent company at national conventions and meetings related to Supplier Diversity and company designations including WBENC. Assist CEO&CFO with identifying process improvements. Create pertinent account documentation and presentations for company leadership and back-office teams supporting client operations. Responsible for client on-boarding, off-boarding, invoicing, and receivables audits (internal).
