Daily Duties at Bridgeview Bank:
As VP Branch Manager for Bridgeview Bank, I was tasked with P&L management, recruiting, hiring, training, mortgage operations, managing and training 15 loan officers and operations personnel. I personally qualified and approved each loan submitted by our branch. A subject matter expert for guidelines and our arbitrage of 50 different investor relationships.
