Daily Duties at North And South Engineering:
Performance of energy audits, industrial compressed air systems, controls, and performance contracts. Perform electrical, natural gas, water, cooling tower, heat-load, operating and maintenance costs calculations; budget capital expenditure analyses; life cycle costing analyses; and engineering economics for industrial equipment projects. Manufacturers’ Representative for several compressor manufacturers, Natural Gas Supplier, Elderidge® Flow Meters, DataLoggers, and other instruments. Solid understanding of technical sales, sales management, P&L responsibility, accounting, financial analysis, engineering, and marketing. Established sales rep network for engineering services. Extensive use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, QuickBooks, AutoCAD, Engineering Modeling Software, et.al.
