Daily Duties at Mach Americas, Inc.:
•Sales and Account Management Business Development, Market Analysis with internal & external education •Monitoring and Presenting reports to the customers •Liaising between the customer and the company; daily meetings identifying problems & solutions •Customer support investigating and gathering information of events from different sources, liaising between customers and our product and providing solutions •Survey after implementation of new services and tools - feedback from the customer •Preparing different internal and external reports; preparing and performing presentations for internal and external clients •Preparing and delivering proposals and negotiations, including RFIs and RFPs
