Planned and coordinated all clinical nutrition activities related to patient care. Oversight of 12 registered dietitians, and a team of 10 diet office clerks and assistants. Ensured competency of all clinicians. Developed and implemented policy and procedure for clinical practices and payment capture for professional services. Completed weekly audits to ensure documentation medical record and billing compliance. Evaluated weekly clinical productivity and patient outcome data. Trained staff in specialty practices such as critical care, pediatrics and nutrition support. Led team of dietitians to provide nutrition curriculum to Albany Medical College students. Served as clinical lead for interdisciplinary Nutrition Support and QA committee. Hired, trained, evaluated all clinical team members.
