Daily Duties at The Sage Colleges:
Full time, teaching faculty member responsible for teaching a variety of classes, specifically three each, undergraduate and graduate courses. Developed all course structures and materials. Delivered both through traditional live presentation and three, online courses. Mentored and advised a minimum of 60 students, per semester. Served as Didactic Program Director, responsible for the maintenance, compliance and documentation of program accreditation requirements. Developed both internal nutrition program curriculum and interdisciplinary health science curriculum for the graduate School of Health Science. Served on the selection committee of three new tenured faculty for the departments of Nursing, Nutrition and Economics.
