Sourcing & Managing 20+ overseas vendors Sourcing & Managing 12 domestic vendors Ensuring consistent on time availability of over 3,500 SKUs with $20Million budget. Ensuring uninterrupted supply chain to all levels of the domestic market including distributors, stockists, petrochemical multinationals, project contracts and retailers. Driving forecasting and inventory policy to continually ensure optimum supply levels.
