I started this business from scratch, responsible for all aspect of it: creating a website, marketing, finding mentors and business advisors, etc. What I've found I am very good at is at birthing leaders. Leadership springs and arises around me. People can't be small around me. Leadership development solutions, executive coaching, mentoring, supports the identification and development of ‘high potential’ candidates. In partnership with company leaders, provides process and thought leadership for Performance Management. Measures and assesses the impact of leadership development initiatives. Captures, builds and shares internal and external knowledge, remains up to date with relevant practices to build capability and credibility as a leadership development thought leader. Strategic Advisor and Thought Partner. Intelligence and Intellectual Curiosity.
