Daily Duties at Sodexo:
Responsible for leading management teams to open a $26M campus food service account. Responsible for working with HR team to hire, onboard and train 350 new, unionized staff. Develop and provide ongoing training program to professional and service-level staff. Leads team in developing critical client documents and communication materials such as the strategic business plan and the Partnership Report Card that report progress on expectations and metrics; Responsible for external or community relationship building such as developing a student internship program, participating in the campus-wide sustainability program. In addition to above primary responsibilities: I provided two months as interim support for unit directorship at one of five resident dining halls as well as three months interim support in Retail Operations Directorship role.
