Daily Duties at Primerica Financial Servi:
Facilitate maximum rate of recruitment of Licensed Representatives with monthly target of 30, and support client acquisition with daily target of 10 scheduled appointments or interviews. Oversee succession planning for promotion of maximum rate of Licensed Representatives to role of Regional Vice President. Facilitate and execute prospecting, job and street fairs, networking events, and social media plans. Also prospected by cold calling 150 calls per day, B2B, B2C,etc. Perform site visits with clients through financial analysis, needs assessments, and deal closing.
