Daily Duties at Person & Covey, Inc.:
Daily inputting of purchase invoices to finance system. Control of authorization and payment of purchase invoices as well as other expense accounts. Processing of expense and credit claims. Reconcile sales ledger accounts. Balance sheet reconciliation. Audit customer accounts for overdue balances. Daily deposits and allocating of all monies. Daily/Weekly/Month report to be given to Accountant Supervisor and Vice President.
