Supervising and coordinating the sales efforts of sixteen sales agencies throughout twenty four states in the Central and Northeastern Regional trading areas that produced total sales of $90+MM. Responsibilities include extensive travel to develop, train, motivate and monitor sales agents, establish and maintain relationships with distribution partners, monitoring daily pricing levels to maximize sales while meeting corporate plan levels on margin
