Draft/prepared loan documents and contracts; draft/reviewed leases; conducted due diligence; prepared/filed UCCs; reviewed title/survey: ensured that title was correctly vested and accompanied by a true and correct description of property, ensured that Schedule B-1 items are settled prior to closing, obtain Schedule B-2 Exceptions and review to ensure exceptions are applicable and if not, work with title company to resolve issues, obtain applicable Endorsement/ensure that survey complies with ALTA’s Minimum Standard Requirements; assist with pre/post-closings; prepare initial/closing loan document transcripts; manage client’s corporate needs (i.e., corporate books, form entities, etc.); provide research assistance; prepare audit response letters; act as authorized representative for Whitman-Walker social security appeals clients; and assist in various departments as necessary.
