Daily Duties at Friedlander Misler:
Draft/prepared loan documents, draft/finalized leases; conducted due diligence; handled pre/post-closings; prepared closing loan document transcripts; managed client’s corporate needs (i.e., entity formation, obtain certificates and annual report information, etc.); provide research assistance; and prepare audit response letters, as needed. Abstract and set up new leases. Enter data into software program. Administer office and retail leases. Analyze and research lease language. Review SNDAs, estoppels, and other legal documents.
