Daily Duties at The Rouse Company:
Draft/ negotiate/finalize commercial leases and amendments, and administer/review/finalize contracts and input to database. Detailed lease abstracts, review new leases & amendments, calculate base and percentage rents, CAM expenses/reconciliations, monitor/maintain regular reports on critical dates & status of tenant options, prep/reconcile insurance & real estate billing according to leases
