Daily Duties at National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation:
Draft/finalize loan documents for Electric Cooperatives, review contracts, process partial releases, process RUS and CoBank, ACB mortgage only transactions, conduct legal research, write procedures for LSG Procedures Manual as applicable, act as backup to Corporate and UCC/Clearance Paralegal, act as liaison to corporate records department, maintain statewide database and covenant/condition language database, and provide knowledgeable, efficient customer service to external and internal customers.
