Daily Duties at P.A.M. Transport:

Managed the driver recruiting department tasked with maintaining drivers for the fleet. Supervised a staff of ten employees. Responsible for placing the advertising and keeping the trucks filled with drivers. In addition to managing the department, I continued to recruit as well. Responsible for working with other departments and scheduling physicals and drug screens and getting applicants into orientation.
