Daily Duties at Xo Communications:

Established and fostered relationships with prospects and key customer decision makers. Devised and executed strategies to cultivate new business opportunities with international carriers. Implemented Distributor Field training for Agent program providing pricing, network capacity and proposal for Agents to increase sales Managed the National Account Service Managers, Regional Account Service Managers for the central region (Denver and Texas) and Service Order Coordinators (total of 14 personnel). Responsible for work-flow of team. Point of contact for escalations. On-going evaluation of Service managers for continued training. Created and instituted a training program for existing Service Managers and new hires to increase profitability by obtaining 98% firm order confirmations (i.e. orders correctly inputted). Present and implement Account Plans to acquire new customers as directed by Management. Present solutions for company products with present and prospective customers. Developed and strengthened relationships with two large Asian carriers (China Netcom and China Telecom) to increase revenue. Ability to overcome obstacles as I managed a language barrier (Chinese) to develop these relationships. Recommended training for new incoming reps to upper management for improvement regarding Siebel, Contract Systems. Developed training and worked with Marketing to implement. Examined network capabilities to prepare and deliver effective product positioning statement that aligned and fulfilled client objectives.
